Job summary

Foundry Commercial is seeking a Senior Development Manager for its Development and Investment team, focusing on Senior Living assets. The role requires partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate, pitch, and generate owner-representative proposals for complex real estate projects.

The candidate should have 7–10 years in senior living development, acquisitions, or related roles, with strong experience in site selection, entitlements, budgeting and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in senior living development or related field
• Experience with site selection, entitlements, budgeting and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project development process, from pre-development to occupancy
• Coordinate with consultants, brokers, vendors, design professionals and contractors
• Interface with operations teams to define project requirements
• Establish project work plans and deadlines
• Create persuasive presentations that meet project objectives
• Track progress against goals, timelines and budgets and generate status reports
• Monitor expenses to keep within the budget and oversee project design, construction and occupancy
• Lead project teams with direction and leadership
