Job summary

Foundry Commercial is seeking a Senior Development Manager to join the Development and Investment team with a focus on Senior Living assets. The role partners with the Development and Investment team to assist in the evaluation, pitching and proposal generation of owner representative services for real estate projects of varying scope.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and be comfortable presenting while executing several engagements concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of related experience with a strong focus on senior living.
• Experience in multifamily developments is valued.
• Ability to analyze, interpret complex business and construction documents and to create persuasive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manages all phases of project development, including pre-development, entitlements, design, construction, occupancy, and budget management.
• Communicates effectively and partners with consultants, brokers, vendors, design professionals and contractors.
• Interfaces with operations to define project requirements and deadlines.
• Creates persuasive presentations to meet project objectives.
• Tracks progress and reports on status, timelines and budgets.
