Job summary

New Perspective West Fargo seeks a Director of Culinary Services to lead food and dining operations in our senior living community. You will oversee procurement, preparation, service, and the menu program while managing budgets and staff.

This role emphasizes safe handling, sanitation, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. You will mentor team members and engage residents and families to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of regulations concerning food handling, food storage, food preparation, safety and sanitation procedures
• 3+ years of successful management experience
• 4+ years experience as lead chef in a hospitality/restaurant environment
• Culinary training and/or Dietary Certifications required

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of dining services operations, including procurement, prep, and service.
• Oversee department financial management and supervise training of team members.
• Ensure safe food handling, sanitation, inventory control, and regulatory record keeping.
• Engage residents and families with clear communication and organizational skills.
