Fountain Court Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Director to lead all culinary operations, from menu planning and food preparation to team management and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and safety standards while delivering high-quality, therapeutic meals that support residents’ well-being. This role emphasizes hospitality, integrity, and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or high-volume settings.
• Strong cooking skills across varieties of cuisines with ability to adapt recipes to therapeutic diets.
• Proven team leadership and staff development experience.
• Solid understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and budget administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all culinary operations and oversee service of nutritious meals for residents, staff, and guests.
• Develop menus reflecting resident preferences and therapeutic diet requirements.
• Build and lead a skilled team; hire, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance appraisals.
