Qualifications

• 1+ years of culinary leadership in high-volume settings.
• Hands-on kitchen leadership and staff oversight.
• Food safety certification required.
• Knowledge of sanitation, loss prevention.
• Experience with menu engineering and cost controls.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and kitchen systems.
• Experience in senior living culinary services preferred.
• Ability to work in kitchen environments.
• Ability to lift or move heavy items as needed.
• On-call/MOD responsibilities may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary operations including meal preparation and service.
• Plan menus meeting dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and presentation.
• Ensure sanitation and dietary compliance.
• Conduct food safety audits and QA checks.
• Handle purchasing, inventory, and vendor contracts.
