Job summary

Bel Rae Senior Living in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our dining services team, assisting in meal prep, serving residents, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

Shifts run 10:30 am–6:30 pm for full-time work, with hourly wages between $17.50 and $22.50. Prior senior living experience is preferred; we offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishment and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
