Job summary

Teton.ai is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the US remote market. You will own outcomes for a book of senior living communities, driving adoption, reducing falls, and delivering measurable value through our platform.

You’ll partner with Account Management, Clinical Solutions Lead, Deployment, Support and Product to ensure customers realize results. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Director of Customer Success, US; strong data fluency and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer Success or comparable post-sale experience with measurable adoption and retention results.
• Strong data fluency: interpret usage and outcomes data.
• Confident with senior stakeholders and frontline staff alike.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes and health at each community in your book.
• Run community kickoffs, trainings and sessions to build adoption from day one.
• Maintain account health and activity in HubSpot.
• Build trusted relationships with Executives and care staff; coordinate with Account Management.
• Provide feedback to Product based on customer learnings.
