Job summary

Teton.ai in the United States is seeking a proactive Customer Success / Adoption Specialist to partner with care teams, executives, and frontline staff. You will drive adoption of our platform, run training sessions, and help embed Teton into daily routines and care plans.

• Owns falls, response times, care assessments, and adoption at communities.
• Investigates falls, spot patterns, and ensures care leaders follow through.
• Makes sure every client review shows clear impact in the customer's data.
• Runs community kickoffs, staff and family sessions, and training.
• Helps care teams build Teton into daily routines and care plans.

• Keeps account health and activity current in HubSpot.
