Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current state licensure/certification as a COTA.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide support and education to residents, families, and caregivers regarding therapy programs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
