Job summary

The Springs of John Barrow in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Full-Time COTA to join an interdisciplinary team, assisting in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold Arkansas COTA certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy interventions, including activities, exercises, and adaptive equipment.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, and participate in group activities and programs.
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers for comprehensive care.
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and educational programs to stay current with best practices.
