Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Current state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• 0+ years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide support and education to residents, families, and caregivers regarding therapy programs and goals
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures
