The Springs of Waldron in Waldron, AR seeks a dedicated COTA to join its in-house therapy team and provide individualized treatments to residents, enhancing physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being. This full-time role supports therapists in planning and implementing care plans.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited OT Assistant program with current state licensure as a COTA and be comfortable in a fast-paced facility setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a COTA.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Provide support and education to residents, families, and caregivers regarding therapy programs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment following facility policies.
