Responsibilities

• Follow state, federal, and local food safety regulations and maintain sanitary workstation.
• Assist with plating, garnishing, and portioning meals to meet presentation standards and resident needs.
• Coordinate with Dietary Manager, dietitians, and healthcare staff to meet resident needs; assist with inventory and reports.
