Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality food preparation experience.
• Experience with scratch cooking in high-volume environments.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing all food items following recipes and procedures.
• Ensure timely preparation of all menu items.
• Maintain food safety standards and proper temperature logs.
• Attend dining services meetings and trainings.
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and sanitized.
