Job summary

Regency Village at Bend is seeking a PRN Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents, oversee daily foodservice operations and ensure supplies are available. You will follow menus, maintain a clean kitchen, and uphold sanitation standards while meeting residents' preferences.

Requirements include at least one year of cooking experience, ability to read and speak English, and a Food Handler's card (or willingness to obtain one). This is a PRN, on-site cook role in Bend, OR.

Qualifications

• One year of cooking experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Food Handler's card preferred or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents within scheduled timeframes.
• Oversee foodservice operation and maintain adequate food and supplies.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and safe per regulations.
• Comply with state sanitation codes.
• Manage inventory, place orders and restock as needed.
• Accommodate resident food preferences and dietary requirements.
