Job summary

Dimensions Living Fitchburg is seeking a Cook to prepare nutritious meals for residents in a senior living community. You will follow planned menus, adhere to dietary guidelines, and ensure meals are appealing and well portioned. The role emphasizes food safety, teamwork, and supportive service in a fast-paced kitchen.

The position offers part-time hours 6:00am–2:30pm, with every other weekend rotation. Experience in senior living or healthcare is aPlus; SERV Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required; senior living or healthcare setting a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and dietary needs (e.g. diabetic, low-sodium).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure meals are tasty, properly portioned, and attractively presented.
• Follow recipes and safety standards to a T; assist with prep and cleanup as needed.
