Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry or full-service restaurant cooking.
• Ability to prepare and follow Holiday recipes.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare nutritious, appetizing meals for residents following Holiday menus.
• Oversee preparation and set-up of serving carts for meals.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating and storing procedures.
• Ensure logs for refrigerator, freezer and production sheets are completed timely.
• Follow Holiday sanitation standards in preparation and serving areas and equipment.
• Focus on resident satisfaction and resolve food-related issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
