Qualifications

• 2-3 years of cooking experience; banquet cooking experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Models a service attitude towards residents and coworkers.
• Ensure safety of residents, patients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Maintain attendance and arrive on time.
• Wear protective gear as required.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of area and equipment.
• Prepare and cook resident meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
• Pull items according to production sheets and recipes.
• Ensure proper storage of items after use.
• Taste and assess food for quality and appearance.
• Follow department standards and timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chef.
