Job summary

The Gardens of Roseboro is seeking an experienced Cook to join our culinary team and prepare nutritious, appetizing meals for residents with dietary needs.

Responsibilities include menu preparation, timely meal service, kitchen sanitation, inventory support, and collaboration with the Dietary Manager to meet resident preferences. Prior cooking experience in senior living or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans, ensuring meals are nutritious and appetizing.
• Ensure meals are served in a timely manner with quality and portion control.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and proper food storage.
• Collaborate with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff; assist in training.
• Assist with inventory management and report shortages or order needs.
