Qualifications

• Two years of experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, appetizing, and attractive meals per Brightwater menus and recipes.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Receive, prepare, and serve meals and beverages; restock items in the dining area.
• Assist with kitchen operations and cleaning tasks as directed by the chef.
• Attend training seminars and staff meetings.
