Oxford Senior Living in Ardmore, OK is seeking a Cook to prepare meals per menu, follow recipes, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. You will interact with residents to accommodate preferences and work closely with servers to ensure meals are presented well.

The role requires leadership in a food service setting and knowledge of senior dietary requirements, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Food Handlers certification is required.
• 1 year of leadership experience in a food service setting.
• 2+ years experience preparing meals for large groups.
• Working knowledge of dietary requirements for seniors.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals according to the current menu using provided recipes.
• Observe and communicate with residents for preferences to ensure nutrition and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure proper presentation and service of meals.
• Record and monitor food temperatures at each meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen to exceed regulatory standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations and assign tasks when the Dining Services Director is absent.
• Partner with the Dining Services Director to enhance the dining experience for residents.
