Sagora Senior Living's Caydance community in Katy, TX is seeking a part-time Cook to prepare meals for residents with care and professionalism. You will prepare à la carte items, monitor stock, and maintain kitchen cleanliness in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• One year or more of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit.
• Ability to prepare meals for residents with varied dietary needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items.
• Monitor stock levels and rotate inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Assist with training of Culinary team members.
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly manner.
