• Experience in Senior Living, restaurants, catering, or banquets preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills and attention to food presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items on grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving per menu and recipes.
• Taste and adjust quality and palatability of dishes.
