The role focuses on batch cooking, clean stations, and adherence to dietary guidelines for seniors. We welcome candidates with at least one year in a full-service kitchen and a Food Handler Card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary School is a plus, or the equivalent of education and experience.
• Food Handler Card and understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes.
• At least 1 year of experience in full-service kitchen, cooking from scratch.
• Ability to read and execute a recipe; batch cooking capability.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions for seniors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a compassionate, high-performing team delivering top-level results.
• Prepare and cook meals following established menus, recipes, and safety guidelines.
• Set up and break down work areas; keep stations clean and sanitized.
