Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Cook for our community restaurant. You will prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents, families, and guests, working with the culinary director to craft menus from traditional comfort foods to global options using local ingredients. You will follow established recipes and dietary guidelines, maintain clean stations, restock food, and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary school is a plus or equivalent experience.
• Food Handler Card and kitchen sanitation knowledge required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals following established menus, recipes, dietary and sanitary guidelines.
• Set up and break down work areas in a timely fashion.
• Keep stations clean and sanitized; restock foods for service.
• Collaborate with the dining services team to ensure timely meal service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and participate in training.
