Cogir Senior Living in Tigard, Oregon, is seeking a skilled Cook for our community restaurant. You will prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents, families, and guests, working closely with the culinary director to deliver high-quality dining with menus that change seasonally.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a full-service kitchen, ability to follow recipes from scratch, and knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of full-service kitchen experience, cooking from scratch.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife handling.
• Understanding of dietary restrictions for seniors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook meals following menus and dietary guidelines.
• Set up and break down work areas promptly.
• Keep stations clean and sanitized.
• Collaborate with dining services for timely service.
• Check and restock foods for proper service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in required training sessions.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning supplies.
• Assist in all kitchen operations as needed.
