Cogir Senior Living is seeking a skilled Cook to join our community kitchen. You will prepare nutritious, appealing meals for residents, families, and guests, working closely with the culinary director to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

The role requires following menus, ensuring sanitation, and adapting recipes for dietary needs. A positive, team-oriented attitude and flexibility with shifts, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary school is a plus or equivalent education/experience.
• Food Handler Card and understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook meals following established menus, recipes, dietary, and sanitary guidelines.
• Set up and break down work areas in a timely fashion.
• Keep stations clean and sanitized; assist in all kitchen operations as needed.
