Job summary

Artis Senior Living is seeking a Cook to join our welcoming Palm Coast community. You will learn and prepare a variety of colorful recipes, ensuring plate presentation and food quality meet company standards.

The Cook role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth and a strong focus on resident dining experience. Must have a high school diploma, SERV Safe certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• SERV Safe certification is required; or ability to obtain upon hire.
• English literacy—read, write and speak clearly.
• Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn, prepare, cook and plate a variety of recipes to company standards.
• Contribute to the resident experience by showcasing culinary skills.
• Maintain a sanitary workstation and follow health department practices.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and share ideas with the team.
• This role may assist with other responsibilities as needed.
