Sunrise Senior Living in Dublin, CA is seeking a Cook to prepare meals per standardized recipes, ensure quality and safety, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. You will follow dietary modifications and record temperatures to comply with health standards.

Responsibilities include stocking and rotating food, supporting dishwashing and dining service, and stepping in for the Dining Services Coordinator when needed. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
