Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals that support residents' health and enjoyment. You will work in a safe, clean kitchen, following standardized recipes and dietary needs while maintaining records and supporting dining services as needed.

Qualifications

• Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain sanitation.
• Adapt to dietary modifications and special meal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
