Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a hardworking Cook to prepare meals for residents using standardized recipes, keep the kitchen clean, and ensure safety in every task. You will follow dietary modifications, record temperatures, stock and rotate food, and assist dining services when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen and food safety practices.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and dietary modifications.
• Strong teamwork and ability to support dining services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and maintenance reports.
• Follow OSHA and sanitation guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
