Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Cook to support the Kitchen Manager and prepare meals for residents in a restaurant-style dining setting called the “Bread Basket.” You will serve meals on time, maintain sanitation standards, and interact with residents to enhance their dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following Bickford menus and expectations.
• Serve food on time, at correct temperatures, and well plated.
• Follow meal service processes and policies.
• Interact kindly with residents during meals to enhance experience.
• Wash dishes and cookware per procedures.
• Maintain kitchen/dining area cleanliness per schedules.
• Record dietary orders and allergies accurately.
• Store food per regulatory requirements and policies.
• Assist with rotations and cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Support tours and events with food/refreshments.
