Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Cook to support the Kitchen Manager and prepare meals for residents in a restaurant-style setting called the Bread Basket. The position offers a full benefits suite for full-time and part-time staff and daily pay options.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, timely service, adherence to processes, interaction with residents, dishwashing, and maintaining records and cleanliness to meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following Bickford's menus and standards.
• Serve food timely and at proper temperatures, properly plated.
• Ensure kitchen processes are followed during service.
• Interact with residents to enhance dining experience.
• Wash dishes and maintain dishwashing procedures.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide.
• Use Meal Order Information to track diets, allergies, and preferences.
• Maintain accurate food service records per regulatory requirements.
• Store food according to guidelines and policies.
• Complete tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and compliant with regulations.
• Stock Bistro/Beverage Bar with refreshments.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager for tours and events.
