Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: cook meals per menu, ensuring nutrition and dietary needs.
• Meal Service: serve meals timely with quality and presentation.
• Kitchen Maintenance: keep kitchen clean and sanitary per procedures.
• Team Collaboration: work with Dietary Manager and staff; train new kitchen staff.
• Inventory Control: assist with inventory and report shortages to Dietary Manager.
• Resident Engagement: respond to dietary requests and preferences.
• Regulatory Compliance: follow health and safety regulations.
