The Arbor Company in Acworth, GA is seeking a friendly Cook to join our dining team serving residents with nutritious, appealing meals. You will follow established recipes, accommodate dietary needs, and coordinate with the Dining Director to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates have a culinary background or training and experience in large-volume cooking. We offer a supportive work environment, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Culinary degree or training, or restaurant cooking experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen basics, sanitation and food handling.
• Experience with portion control and cooking procedures in a kitchen environment.
• Experience with special diets in long-term care is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide food service and prepare meals using established recipes and menus.
• Assist with stock deliveries, product rotation and regulatory log requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety by following schedules and protocols.
• Communicate with Dining Director on prep, production, and service flow.
