Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living Moon Township is seeking a cook to prepare meals for residents, many on special diets. You will follow menus, adjust plates for dietary needs, and ensure meals are prepared to order and on time.

The role requires collaboration with servers to keep meal times running smoothly and adherence to food safety standards. The position offers a day shift with set hours and benefits including health insurance and disability coverage.

• Ability to follow recipes and manage dietary needs.

Job description

$16 to $18 an hour, double-time pay on most holidays, and a set day shift that ends by 2:00pm or 7:00pm. Cook for the residents in Moon Township.

Who You'll Cook For:

At Tapestry Senior Living Moon Township, you'll cook for our residents. Many follow special diets, and for most of them, mealtime is the best part of the day. You'll make food they look forward to.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of cooking experience in senior living, healthcare, or restaurant setting (required)
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required; willingness to obtain as needed
• Ability to follow recipes and manage dietary needs

Pay and Benefits:

Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time openings
