• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience as General Contractor managing commercial projects from planning through completion.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across locations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling knowledge.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
