Moseley seeks a full-time Construction Contract Administrator to lead Senior Living projects from our Baltimore team, serving as the primary construction-phase representative to owners, contractors, consultants, and Moseley project teams.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction administration or architectural experience, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, Procore proficiency, and Revit navigation. Overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years of construction administration or architecture experience.
• Procore and Revit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with all project participants in a collaborative manner.
• Conduct regular site visits to observe progress and prepare field reports.
• Lead and document project meetings and distribute minutes.
