The Delaney at The Vale in Woburn, MA is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge for a part-time Saturday 7am-3pm schedule. You will greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and service providers in a warm, professional manner and be the first face visitors see in our community.

Responsibilities include handling telephone coverage, addressing issues for residents and guests, accepting deliveries, creating maintenance work orders, and supporting the Business Office Manager with

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and serves the individuals.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
