Job summary

The Delaney at The Vale is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to warmly greet residents, guests and vendors, manage front-desk duties, answer calls, and deliver a welcoming experience every day. This part-time role covers Saturdays 7am-3pm with an hourly rate of $20-$24.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers, preventing escalation.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify residents.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
