Oakmont Management Group in Beverly Hills is seeking a Concierge for a temporary part-time role (Friday–Monday, 3pm–8pm) with on-call duties after October. You will greet residents and visitors, answer a multi-line telephone, and provide clerical support to the admin team.

The position emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and safety. Candidates should have a HS diploma, hospitality experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Oakmont may require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional service.

• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond promptly.
• Manage business center operations and mail processing.
