Job summary

The Barclay of St. Augustine, operated by QSL Management, is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents, families, and staff, and to handle front desk duties during weekend shifts.

This part-time role covers every other weekend from 7am to 7pm, with responsibilities across greeting guests, answering phones, directing visitors, and keeping lobby areas tidy. Ideal candidates have a caring demeanor, prior reception or office experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred but not required.
• Two years general office or reception experience.
• Experience with older adults is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level hospitality to residents, guests, and employees; be the first impression.
• Handle front desk duties: answer phone with proper greetings and direct visitors.
• Keep lobby and front porch clean and welcoming.
• Assist with lobby activities and lead weekend/evening activities during slower periods.
• Assist with general office tasks as needed.
