Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using computer software (Microsoft)

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors seeking information about the property and direct them to the appropriate office or resident apartment.
• Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
• Arrange tours of the property for visitors and those with appointments.
• Answer telephones and relay information to the appropriate party.
• Maintain lobby and reception area with current literature and refreshments.
• Handle mail, copies, and other office-related tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Support dining room service when requested and assist with marketing efforts during tours and calls.
