Job summary

The Pearl at Watkins Centre, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking a Concierge to join our team and make a welcoming first impression for residents, families, and guests.

You will greet inquiries, manage internal and external calls, and communicate messages to the appropriate team. The role supports Community Engagement and HR in recruitment, data entry, and general administrative duties, while monitoring the Bistro area for atmosphere. Shift Monday–Friday with every other weekend required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience in senior living industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents, manage calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Provide and relay messages to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
• Offer a community overview to inquiries and support recruitment efforts.
• Assist with data entry and general administrative duties as assigned.
• Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and atmosphere.
