Job summary

Lakeview Estates is seeking a Concierge to join their team in Birmingham, AL. The Concierge greets potential residents, families and visitors, manages calls, and communicates messages to the appropriate staff to ensure a welcoming first impression.

The role supports the Community Engagement Director and HR Designee in recruitment and general admin duties, while also monitoring the Bistro area to maintain a pleasant atmosphere on site.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED required.
• Proven customer service experience and skills.
• Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests and residents, extending a warm welcome and greeting.
• Answer incoming calls with the appropriate community greeting and identify the recipient.
• Manage appointments for residents and family members and coordinate with staff.
• Assist recruitment efforts, capture candidate information onsite and support online applications.
• Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, music and a pleasant atmosphere.
