Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our Resident Services team in Lone Tree, CO. The role supports residents, families, and staff, handling front-desk operations, greetings, calls, and transportation coordination.

Shift: Sunday 7am-3pm; part-time. Responsibilities include responding to requests, booking reservations, coordinating services, and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment consistent with our community culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge, Front Desk, Receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and use standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Provide personalized solutions by understanding customer needs and concerns.
• Answer phone calls within three rings and route appropriately.
• Coordinate services (dry cleaning, groceries, transportation, reservations) and follow up for satisfaction.
• Welcome new residents and families, provide information on concierge services.
• Maintain scheduling for community transportation and confirm details in writing.
• Liaise between culinary and guest meal reservations for smooth experiences.
