The Waterford at Plano, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome residents and visitors at our Plano, TX location. You will answer calls, provide information, sort mail, and coordinate express mail services while delivering excellent customer service to our senior residents.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
