Job summary

Waterford at Plano, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a welcoming receptionist to support residents and guests on-site. You will answer calls, direct visitors, and manage mail while providing excellent service in a senior living environment.

This role emphasizes dependable teamwork, clear communication, and a customer-first approach to create a positive experience for residents and families at Waterford in Plano.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs callers to the appropriate person; provides information (address, directions, fax numbers, website) and other related details.
• Greets and directs visitors to the community.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Resolves customer questions and concerns.
