Job summary

The Waterford at Plano, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and route inquiries. The role supports residents and staff in a premier retirement community in Plano, TX.

You will manage mail, coordinate express deliveries, provide community information, and uphold exceptional customer service. Eligible employees receive benefits and PTO from day one, with 401k and other savings options.

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
