Job summary

Oakmont of Fullerton, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Part-Time Concierge to greet residents and guests, answer a multi-line phone, arrange tours, and provide clerical support to the administrative staff.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably two years in hospitality. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and the role requires passing a background check and health screenings. Flexible availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and PC operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Answer telephones and direct calls clearly and professionally.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage the business center and mail workflows.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
